Cerinthe / Honeywort
This special flower is grown in our garden for my daughter Arabella. We were in Cambria in our favorite garden behind Spellbound Herbs and she saw it planted. She got me seeds and asked that I grow it for her. My flower friend Heather gave me seeds from her garden as well, and I am not sure which seeds I used to grow these so I like to think they are both from Heather and Spellbound! They are native to the Greek islands, which I love because that is where my ancestors are from…. They are very easy to grow. You can direct sow them in Fall (if you live in warmer climates) and by January you will have blooms! For colder areas, sow in early Spring for early Summer blooms. They will give you gorgeous purple/blue blooms and self seed easily so you never have to plant them again. They just keep coming back!
Approximately 25 seeds per pack.
